Our Traditional Sourdough Bread Loaf is made the way bread was meant to be — slowly fermented, naturally leavened, and crafted with just three organic ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, and salt.

No commercial yeast.
No additives.
No shortcuts.

This long-fermented process allows the dough to develop deep flavor, a beautiful crust, and a soft, chewy interior that’s easier to digest than conventional bread.
